The Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition plays a crucial role in sourcing, recruiting, and managing the talent pipeline for an organization.   • Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems regularly.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing expectations and providing timely feedback.
  • Utilize metrics for monitoring recruitment process efficiency and reporting to management.
  • Conduct employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to introduce new and effective recruitment practices.
  • Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and training to enhance their capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with at least three years in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networks for sourcing candidates.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
