As an Account Executive - Corporate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering long-lasting relationships with corporate clients. Your primary focus will be on maximizing revenue from existing accounts while identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the corporate sector. Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with corporate clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and drive revenue growth within assigned corporate accounts.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with clients to assess needs and performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term partnerships and favorable terms.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats in the sector.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of all sales, negotiations, and activities with clients.
  • Maximize account revenue and profitability by upselling and cross-selling company offerings.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide feedback and insights to product development and marketing teams for product improvements.
  • Stay informed of industry developments and emerging trends to provide thought leadership to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or account management roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close complex deals with corporate clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Solid understanding of corporate dynamics and decision-making processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite is required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess data and generate insights for strategic planning.
