Business Overview:


Credit and Fraud Risk (CFR) team helps drive profitable business growth by reducing the risk of fraud and maintaining industry the lowest credit loss rates. It applies an array of tools and ever-evolving technology to detect and combat fraud, minimize the disruption of good spending and provide a world-class customer experience. The team leads efforts that leverage data and digital advancements to improve risk management as well as enable commerce and bring innovation.

That’s where AiDa Product team comes in who is part of the Credit & Fraud Risk (CFR) Global Data Science (GDS) CoE. The product specializes in powering a seamless unified experience for its AI / ML users and responsibly leverage enterprise data assets to support critical decisions for the company.

Job Responsibilities



  1. Manage the end-to-end PRSA lifecycle for AiDa, including risk assessments, governance action plans, control implementation, and effectiveness monitoring. Partner with Operational Excellence, Product, and Tech teams to track and address emerging governance requirements. Maintain accurate documentation and continuously improve compliance processes to ensure audit readiness.


  2. Drive Product Analytics & Insights for the platform. Automate and innovate reporting by standardizing across multiple logging systems and databases, and create real-time, interactive dashboards for effective decision-making.

  3. Lead the development of a unified logging framework with Tech and Product teams to streamline logging systems for analytics, observability, and user support.

  4. Lead User Communication & Branding by publishing impactful collateral for users and senior leadership, and empower self-serve communication for the team by providing templates, guidelines, and handbooks. Serve as the primary advisor on user communication strategy and best practices.

  5. Define product strategy and roadmap by collaborating with business partners and complex cross functional teams with clearly defined business metrics and outcomes. Translate product roadmap into well-defined requirements and acceptance test criteria.


  6. Solve complicated business problems by prioritization & ownership of products and solutions to meet business objectives.

  7. Lead the end-to-end Product Development Lifecycle in partnership with designers, product and engineering teams to create and enhance platform features.

  8. Prioritize and manage product backlogs, by balancing the requirements of partners and stakeholders. Handle the development backlog by following the Agile Scrum guidelines when prioritizing features based on business value and user impact.

  9. Provide thought leadership during concept development, end-to-end user experience design, and feasibility assessment.

  10. Create POCs for best-in-class AI-ML innovative products with the potential to scale


Qualifications and Skills Required:



Mandatory -

  1. Minimum 1.5 - 4 yrs. of experience in AI / ML Product Ownership or a related role.

  2. Good functional knowledge of AiDa ecosystem and capabilities

  3. Strong grasp on developing user centered experience for AI / ML capabilities /products in partnership with designers and engineers.

  4. Familiarity with governance, audit, and regulatory processes for enterprise platforms.

  5. Strong quantitative, analytical, and structured problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize well and communicate clearly and compellingly.

  6. Excellent team player with strong verbal and written communications skills. Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly and understand how to drive a high level of focus and excellence with a strong, talented opinionated engineering, UX and QA teams. 

  7. Technical background in AI / ML with background on python, SQL, data analytics and data visualization

  8. Knowledge of Big Data Platforms such as Hadoop, Spark and Cloud Platforms such as Google Cloud.

  9. Undergraduate / Master’s in Computer Science / Information Technology / Mathematics / Operations Research / Statistics, MBA from institutes of global repute.




Preferred


  1. Sound knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management principles, Demonstratable experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum). Familiarity with product management documentation tools such as Rally, Jira, and Confluence.

  2. Demonstrate creativity and self-sufficiency along with strong interpersonal/ collaborative skills and experience working in global teams.

  3. Outstanding communication and storytelling skills with ability to craft high-impact content and powerful messaging.
