About The Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Commercial Products group, helping shape and deliver innovative solutions that support our global customers in managing their daily operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into product initiatives, ensuring our Payments-related offerings deliver maximum value and impact. This role combines strategic thinking, customer empathy, and data-driven decision-making, all in a highly collaborative, global environment.

What You’ll Do

• Translate vision into impact — Lead a team of developers and turn strategic direction into meaningful product initiatives, ensuring teams are aligned and empowered to deliver value.
• Collaborate with global teams— Partner with product, engineering, UX, and business teams to align priorities and deliver solutions that support company goals.
• Think analytically — Develop product hypotheses, analyze results, and use data to inform product decisions and optimizations.
• Champion the user — Translate opportunities and needs into valuable products and features, grounded in a deep understanding of our customers.
• Communicate with clarity — Share progress, priorities, and insights effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  
  

• 2–4 years of product management experience in a SaaS environment (preferably Fintech).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience making data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to translate strategic goals into actionable product plans and releases.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a talent for fostering collaboration in cross-functional, multi-location teams.
• A quick learner and active listener who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
