Job Summary

As an SAP PPQM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing solutions across Production Planning and Quality Management processes to drive manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and compliance. You will leverage SAP Variant Configuration to enable mass customization and optimized order-to-production flows, and collaborate with planning teams to ensure alignment with IBP-driven demand signals. Your work will directly contribute to reduced rework, improved yield, and higher on-time delivery performance.

• Design, configure, and deploy SAP PP and QM solutions aligned with client manufacturing and quality KPIs.
• Lead workshops for requirement gathering and process fit-gap analysis in discrete and process manufacturing environments.
• Configure variant configuration models (classes, characteristics, dependencies, object dependencies) to support complex product manufacturing.
• Set up inspection plans, quality notifications, sampling procedures, and results recording to ensure end-to-end quality compliance.
• Enable integration between PP, QM, and IBP/MES to ensure consistent planning-to-execution flow.
• Support MRP and demand-driven planning ensuring material availability and optimized batch execution.
• Conduct unit testing, UAT support, and end-user training for solution deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, or industry-specific quality standards.
  
  
  

• Must To Have: Hands-on expertise in SAP PP and QM configuration, including work centers, routings, production orders, inspection types, and quality plans.
• Experience in Variant Configuration (VC) design and implementation for make-to-order scenarios.
• Good to Have: Exposure to SAP IBP integration and MES connectivity for advanced planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of integration with MM, SD, and PM modules.
• Proven ability to link process improvements to measurable business outcomes such as yield, rework reduction, and efficiency.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
  
  
  

• Candidates should demonstrate hands-on project experience in SAP PPQM with Variant Configuration, and exposure to IBP-integrated planning processes.
• This is a Hybrid role open across Pan India locations.
