About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Publishing Artist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting designs from Figma into responsive HTML templates and publishing them accurately in Klaviyo. This role requires precision, consistency, and the ability to ensure flawless execution of email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert emailer designs from Figma into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML templates (or adapt existing ones).
• Make minor design tweaks and adaptations when required while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Upload campaigns in Klaviyo.
• Ensure links, tracking, and CTAs are functioning correctly before publishing.
• Conduct thorough QA and troubleshoot rendering issues across devices and email clients.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to maintain consistency across all campaigns.
  
  

• 0–2 years of experience in digital publishing, email production, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email development.
• Proficiency with Figma for extracting assets and interpreting layouts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors quickly.
• Understanding of email marketing best practices (layout, CTAs, image optimization).
• Experience in e-commerce is an added advantage.
