The Role

We are seeking an experienced Content Strategist who can bridge creativity and strategy. You will own the end-to-end content strategy across the marketing funnel — from thought leadership and demand generation assets to campaign messaging to high-impact sales presentations, ensuring everything is audience-relevant, insight-driven, and conversion-focused.

This is a role for a creative professional who thrives on storytelling with purpose: building narratives that resonate, producing assets that perform, and aligning every piece of content with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with the customer journey and funnel stages, ensuring every asset supports demand generation and brand positioning.
  • Own and optimize the content calendar across all channels, ensuring strategic cohesion, audience relevance, and consistent messaging.
  • Create high-value content (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, storyboards, thought leadership articles) informed by data, audience insights, and campaign performance.
  • Experience in designing and delivering content presentation strategies that go beyond visuals — building narrative-driven, audience-tailored presentations that inspire action, and support strategic business goals would be a plus.
  • Refine and optimize ad copy and other campaign messaging to maximize engagement, click-through rates, and conversion performance.
  • Simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging, and actionable messaging for multiple audiences.
  • Leverage analytics and feedback to evaluate content performance and continuously improve quality, relevance, and impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and partner teams to ensure alignment, brand consistency, and cohesive storytelling across all channels.
  • Repurpose and adapt content for different platforms, markets, and formats to maximize reach and ROI.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Content, Field Marketing, Brand Management or a related field.
  • 5+ years in B2B content strategy developement, preferably within SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with a focus on clarity, engagement, and conversion.
  • Exceptional storytelling ability — both written and visual — to craft narratives that inspire, inform, and persuade.
  • Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills with a flair for visual storytelling is a plus.
  • Experience with funnel-based content planning and data-driven content optimization.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and structured thinking to scale growth sustainably.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of maintaining brand consistency across multiple touchpoints.
