  • 9-12 years of experience in product, QA, or related role, ideally within financial technology or regulatory reporting domains
  • Familiarity with our product suite across both on-prem and SaaS solutions (e.g., RAY, RCO, Banking Cloud, Reporting)
  • Techno-functional expertise: a technical background (e.g., software development, systems architecture) combined with knowledge of capital reporting regulations and/or ALM
  • Hands-on involvement in designing and operationalizing QA frameworks, with a readiness to lead and manage QA operations in BAU
  • Experience collaborating internal teams (e.g., product management, engineering, client-facing teams) and external stakeholders, cross-functions and cross-geographies
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to step into a leadership role and balance immediate priorities with long-term initiatives.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams and with senior stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage feedback and data
  • Leadership potential to build and manage a team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Customer-oriented approach, with a solid understanding of the challenges clients face in adopting regulatory and ALM solutions
  • Bachelors / Masters degree in finance, Economics or relevant field.
  • Coordinate and drive the design, implementation, and operationalisation of an end-to-end QA framework covering all products within the Regulatory Solutions franchise
  • Build, train, and manage a dedicated QA team to ensure long-term execution and integration into BAU operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align QA processes with the broader product lifecycle
  • Identify opportunities to automate tasks, leveraging technology & Gen AI tools to streamline
  • Coordinate across product management, client-facing teams, and partners to support solution adoption in target markets
  • Provide subject matter expertise by working with client-facing teams and partners on solution design during POCs and feasibility studies, particularly with Tier 1 customers
  • Collaborate with Product Management to design and incubate accelerators / MVPs to enhance product usability and drive adoption

The Regulatory Solutions Product Enablement Team sits within the Reg Solutions Product Management organisation, and focuses on bridging the gap between product readiness and client adoption. The team equips clients, partners, and client-facing teams with essential knowledge, resources, and tools, as well as gathers feedback to improve user experience and drives innovation through accelerators and MVPs
