Web UI/UX Designer (225-824)

We are seeking a talented and creative Web UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for designing intuitive, user-centric web interfaces and experiences that are innovative and visually appealing. The Web UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing and implementing the visual elements of our web applications, enhancing user experience, and ensuring designs are optimized for an array of devices and interfaces. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to translate complex requirements into engaging interfaces. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing professionals, to create designs that not only meet user needs but also align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps as needed.
• Design aesthetically pleasing web interfaces with a focus on user experience and usability.
• Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and iterate on designs accordingly.
• Ensure designs are optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Develop and maintain UI/UX design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Work closely with developers to ensure front-end development follows the original design.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Organize and facilitate user testing sessions and document findings.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
• Continually assess and improve the user interface to enhance user satisfaction.
• Create and maintain documentation for design and layout of web interfaces.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in web design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative web design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into design improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively share design concepts and decisions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and creatively solve design problems within constraints.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and implementation for various devices.
• Experience with HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus, but not required.
