Web UI/UX Designer (225-725)

A Web UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user interfaces for web applications and websites. This role involves a combination of creativity, critical thinking, and technical skills to develop designs that not only look good but also provide an exceptional user experience. As a Web UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to turn visions into reality. Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing user interfaces for web applications and websites.
• Engage in user research to identify needs and behaviors relevant to project requirements.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and optimized.
• Utilize design software to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Maintain and update design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency.

• Balance aesthetic design considerations with functional user experience needs.

• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Support the creation of visually consistent and on-brand marketing materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Web UI/UX Designer in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and design processes.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas and collaborate with teams.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS for web design implementation and validation purposes.
