Job Description

As a Tele Caller, you will be the voice of our company, liaising between our organization and potential clients. Your primary role will include both outbound and inbound calling to prospective or existing clients. You will be responsible for engaging with the customers, understanding their needs, and introducing our products or services in a compelling manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication abilities and be able to handle rejection while continuing to deliver outstanding customer service. This position is crucial for the growth of our customer base, and you will play a vital role in achieving our business goals through effective communication and relationship-building skills.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products or services.
  • Handle inbound customer queries and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Engage with clients to build strong and lasting relationships.
  • Maintain detailed records of every customer interaction in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and quotes to drive sales conversion rates.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to expand the company's clientele.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and ensure they are resolved effectively.
  • Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and evaluating their performance.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services accordingly.
  • Provide feedback and insights to management for improving customer interactions.
  • Stay updated with company products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Achieve set targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification required.
  • Prior experience in a tele calling or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant speaking voice.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse customer bases.
  • Ability to work independent and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, or public holidays as needed.
