Responsibilities

  • Create compelling content, including text posts, videos, and images for use on social media.
  • Track and analyze the performance of posts and campaigns to measure success.
  • Respond swiftly to any inquiries or issues raised via social media platforms.
  • Schedule and coordinate the timing of posts to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with key influencers and other brands.
  • Report on feedback and online reviews, suggesting improvements for future strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems and design tools.
  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms and their analytics tools.
  • Ability to deliver creative content ideas that align with business objectives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
