Job Description

As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales and growth journey of our company. Your primary responsibility is to generate leads, close deals, and nurture relationships with clients to achieve sales targets. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and grow a sales pipeline aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify prospect clients and evaluate their needs.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and improve client retention rates.
  • Engage in consultative selling to generate leads and close significant deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Provide feedback to the product team on customer preferences and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements ensuring mutual satisfaction of terms.
  • Track sales activities, maintain records of client interactions, and meet sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure complete client satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Analyze sales data and provide regular reports on sales performance to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a sales specialist or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
