Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious self-starter looking to advance their sales career within a forward-thinking organization. You will work closely with the sales team to drive new business opportunities and support the growth of our client base. As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential clients, and participating in direct sales activities. Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads through various business development activities.
  • Identify and establish contact with potential clients in assigned regions.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Assist in developing strategies to increase company sales and market presence.
  • Maintain and update client database with accurate and current contact information.
  • Work closely with senior sales staff to create and improve sales techniques.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to assist in strategic business planning.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and meetings to represent the company professionally.
  • Provide prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales objectives with marketing strategies.
  • Support the sales team in arranging and coordinating sales meetings and events.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is advantageous.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A positive attitude towards learning new sales strategies and skills.
