Job Description

The Sales Co-ordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by facilitating effective sales operations and ensuring the efficient handling of sales-related tasks and communications. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Co-ordinator, you will act as a bridge between clients and the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless order processing. You'll be responsible for handling queries, processing orders, preparing sales statistics, and directly contributing to the achievement of the sales team’s targets and goals. Your role is essential in maintaining healthy client relationships and ensuring smooth sales operations.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team activities and manage schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Communicate with clients to process orders and handle inquiries effectively.
  • Prepare and distribute sales documentation, including contracts and reports, to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update sales databases and manage client information with accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and communications for pitches and meetings.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate routine reports for management review.
  • Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments to streamline operations.
  • Support the sales team with customer follow-ups and resolving any client issues or complaints.
  • Organize and coordinate sales meetings, events, and training sessions as required.
  • Manage expense reports and ensure adherence to budget and financial guidelines.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive products to best support the sales team.
  • Provide administrative support in the local office for efficient operations management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Strong proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are mandatory.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and multitask efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to function well under pressure.
