An E-Commerce Executive plays a critical role in managing and enhancing the online sales tactics of a company. Responsibilities

  • Optimize the digital ordering process to enhance customer experience.

  • Prepare and present performance reports on various e-commerce metrics.
  • Oversee digital merchandising and web analytics to improve sales conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience working in e-commerce or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales and web performance data.
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with online advertising platforms such as Google Ads and social media.
  • Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration and reporting.
