Job Description

The CRM Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the customer relationship management strategies within an organization. As a key member of the marketing or sales team, this individual plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction, driving loyalty, and maximizing client retention. The CRM Executive monitors customer preferences to determine the focus of marketing efforts, analyzes customer feedback, and ensures that communication strategies align with business goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM roles with knowledge of CRM software tools.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and identifying opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey strategies and manage stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead initiatives.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM analytics platforms is essential.
