Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bank Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Bank Telecaller, you will serve as the voice of our company, engaging directly with clients over the phone to provide them with valuable information, assistance, and personalised banking solutions. Your primary objective will be to enhance our banking services by engaging with potential and existing customers to understand their banking needs and offer appropriate solutions. The role demands excellent communication skills, a friendly and patient demeanor, and a proactive approach to resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from customers with queries about banking services and products.
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce banking products and services.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about banking product offerings and current rates.
  • Upsell and cross-sell a variety of banking services to meet customer needs.
  • Capture and accurately document customer information in the banking CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to provide customers with additional products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues or complaints while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and build customer relationships.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries that require further investigation or additional information.
  • Meet individual and team call handling quotas and other performance metrics.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and operational challenges.
  • Consistently adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in customer service or as a telecaller is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.
  • Sound understanding of banking services and financial products is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
