A Banking Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of a bank by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Responsibilities

  • Organize client meetings and presentations to explain product features and benefits clearly.
  • Stay updated with the latest banking products, services, and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with other banking departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and presentations customized to meet individual client needs.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all banking laws and relevant industry regulations in all interactions.
  • Maintain an accurate record of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Report sales achievements and market feedback to management for strategic review and action.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Possess excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively.
  • Good understanding of banking products, services, and current industry trends.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for managing sales activities.
