Job Description

The Sales Co-ordinator is an integral member of the sales team responsible for providing support across various sales processes. This role entails managing the administrative and clerical tasks associated with sales operations to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. The Sales Co-ordinator serves as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating communications and ensuring the seamless delivery of services and products to clients. Furthermore, the role involves managing sales-related data, coordinating with the sales team for implementing sales strategies, and enhancing the overall customer experience. A proactive and detail-oriented professional in this role contributes significantly to the team's success and drives overall revenue growth.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team activities to align with company objectives and sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer information.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, analysis, and data to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and quotas.
  • Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, sales events, and workshops for the sales team.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are available for sales commitments.
  • Assist in managing customer accounts and follow up on the sales process lifecycle.
  • Update and manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system effectively.
  • Develop new business relationships by identifying potential opportunities and networks.
  • Provide feedback and suggestion on improving sales processes and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Co-ordinator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to aid collaboration with teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights for strategic decisions.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
