Job Description

The position of Regional Training Manager is crucial to the orchestrating and delivery of training and development initiatives across multiple locations within a specified region. The role focuses on identifying training needs, developing training programs and materials, and implementing various training methodologies to enhance employee skills and performance. The Regional Training Manager will work closely with department heads to ensure training alignment with business objectives and will be responsible for assessing the effectiveness of training programs. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage the training activities across the region effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with the ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training strategies that align with regional goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with management to assess training needs across departments and teams.
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs and workshops effectively and efficiently.
  • Analyze training program feedback to evaluate success and areas for improvement.
  • Manage regional training budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
  • Coordinate training schedules, ensuring minimal disruption to routine operations and productivity.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of trainers to achieve high-quality training delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies during training sessions.
  • Utilize innovative technologies and tools to enhance the training experience for employees.
  • Prepare detailed training reports and summaries for senior management review and actions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in training delivery methods and program content.
  • Establish a regional training network, fostering a community of practice and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in training and development roles.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing successful training programs.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiences.
  • Ability to travel within the region as required by the training schedule.
  • Proficient in the use of training software, tools, and learning management systems.
