Job Description

The People Operations Specialist is a key player in any organization, managing essential functions that impact the culture and operational efficiency of the business. Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the full-life cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and company culture.
  • Provide ongoing support to employees and management on HR-related issues and policy interpretation.
  • Analyze and report on key HR metrics to drive improvement in business performance.
  • Plan and conduct employee induction and orientation sessions aimed at integrating new hires.
  • Facilitate training sessions and professional development programs for workforce enhancement.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement performance management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to protect the company and its employees.
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts as needed, promoting a positive workplace environment.
  • Create and enforce policies and procedures that improve company administrative efficiency.
  • Manage employee records and ensure the confidentiality and security of personnel data.
  • Support HR technology adoption to streamline and enhance HR processes and practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices for compliance assurance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interactions.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience with HR software platforms and data management for efficiency.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills with a focus on employee relations and productivity.
