Job Description

As an IT Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving new business and nurturing client relationships within the technology sector. You'll be responsible for selling a wide range of IT solutions, services, and products to prospective clients, ensuring the company meets its sales goals and revenues. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication and negotiation skills, a strategic mindset, and an in-depth understanding of the IT industry. You will work closely with the sales team, attending meetings, engaging with customers, and developing strategic sales plans to increase the company's market presence. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet organizational goals.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling activities.
  • Conduct product and solution presentations to prospective clients to highlight advantages.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients ensuring favorable terms.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to drive recurring sales.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized IT solutions for clients.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for product development or enhancement.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote company’s products and services.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management review.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to management regarding sales activities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives consistently throughout the fiscal year.
  • Support after-sales services and assist clients with technical issues they may face.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in IT sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and market dynamics is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for client interaction.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales objectives and targets effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales tasks.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving success and continuous improvement.
