Job Description

The Guest Relation Executive plays a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience at our establishment. This professional is responsible for ensuring that all guests are greeted warmly and receive a high level of service throughout their stay. The Guest Relation Executive must excel in communication and possess an exceptional ability to manage guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with tact and professionalism. By providing timely assistance and creating a welcoming environment, the Guest Relation Executive significantly contributes to the guests' overall satisfaction and helps in building a positive reputation for the organization. With a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences, this role requires a deep understanding of customer service standards and the ability to exceed guests' expectations consistently.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome all guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance about hotel facilities to guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and provide excellent service.
  • Maintain updated records of guest feedback and service recovery efforts.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Manage special guest requests, including accommodations and transportation needs.
  • Oversee guest relations initiatives to ensure consistent guest service delivery.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with guests to ensure their needs are met effectively.
  • Prepare reports on guest feedback and trends for management review.
  • Promote available services and facilities to guests to enhance their stay.
  • Ensure high-standard customer service is consistently provided by the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a guest relations or customer service role essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office applications is desirable.
  • Fluency in multiple languages will be considered an added advantage.
