Job Description

As a Guest Hospitality Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience during their stay. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and maintaining a welcoming environment in all guest areas. Your warm personality and attention to detail will be instrumental in creating a positive first impression. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a swift and smooth check-in process.
  • Address guest inquiries promptly and resolve any issues effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all guest-facing areas at all times.
  • Assist guests with luggage and other special requirements as needed.
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping department to manage room availability efficiently.
  • Provide guests with information about facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Manage reservations, confirm bookings, and handle cancellations professionally.
  • Ensure all guest requests are addressed and fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Handle payment transactions accurately and issue receipts to guests.
  • Support the management in conducting guest satisfaction surveys and feedback.
  • Handle guest complaints gracefully and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss guest services improvements and updates.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to customer satisfaction.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced service-oriented environment.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to meet goals.
  • Proficiency with reservation software and basic computer skills is required.
