Job Description

As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Executive in our corporate team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's financial success. Your primary focus will be to analyze our financial statements, budgets, and various reports to identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior management. This role demands a strategic thinker capable of interpreting complex data and creating comprehensive models to guide financial planning and strategy. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset with a strong foundation in finance and knowledge of market trends. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance forecasting accuracy and develop financial strategies that align with business objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage financial models to support business decision-making processes.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management review.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential business risks.
  • Collaborate with department heads to prepare detailed annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for performance optimization.
  • Lead financial review meetings and disseminate strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions by conducting financial due diligence and analysis.
  • Facilitate cost management and efficiency improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Provide technical expertise and advice on complex accounting issues and regulatory frameworks.
  • Enhance financial reporting systems and processes for improved data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform financial strategy decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision.
  • Experience in developing financial models and in-depth knowledge of financial statements.
  • Proficiency in financial software tools and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present complex financial information.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
