Job Description

The role of an Executive Sales & Administration professional is at the heart of business operations, acting as a bridge between strategic sales objectives and the administrative processes that support them. Responsibilities

  • Drive sales operations to meet and exceed set business targets and goals.
  • Coordinate administrative procedures to ensure efficient office management.
  • Oversee the use of CRM tools and ensure accuracy in data processing.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and performance metrics for executive leadership.
  • Support sales representatives by generating leads and scheduling meetings with prospects.
  • Streamline communication between sales teams and other internal departments.
  • Assist in creating sales presentations, proposals, and other sales collateral.
  • Support budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting activities within the sales department.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate logistics and administrative support for sales events and trade shows.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within sales and administrative functions.
  • Provide training and support to new team members on sales administration tools and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations and administrative management roles.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and mentorship.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
