Hayat Living Holiday Homes is looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Reservation Manager to oversee our short-term rental booking operations. If you’re passionate about hospitality and skilled at managing guest experiences from inquiry to check-out, we’d love to hear from you!

🔑 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
✅ Manage and confirm daily bookings across multiple platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, etc.)
✅ Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
✅ Coordinate with housekeeping & maintenance teams for smooth check-ins
✅ Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and positive reviews
✅ Maintain and update CRM system with reservations & guest details
✅ Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly booking reports
✅ Create, update, and optimize property listings with accurate details and competitive pricing
✅ Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations

✔️ 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝟮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀’ 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁-𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
✔️ Strong knowledge of platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo
✔️ Proficiency in CRM systems & Microsoft Office Suite
✔️ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✔️ Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
✔️ Customer-oriented with problem-solving mindset
✔️ Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
