Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, leading client acquisition efforts, and strengthening our market position within the advertising and branding industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring performance targets are met.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the advertising and branding sectors.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing professional account management and support.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven Sales Managerial experience in the advertising, retails display, exhibition, branding, or production industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Established network within the UAE market is highly desirable.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
