Waiter/Waitress

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and professional Waiter/Waitress to provide an excellent dining experience to our guests. The role includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a polite and welcoming manner.

• Present menus, provide detailed information about dishes, and offer recommendations when requested.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders.

• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure presentation meets quality standards.

• Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with meals and service.

• Handle guest complaints or requests professionally and promptly.

• Process bills, accept payment (cash/credit card), and return change as necessary.

• Clear tables, reset for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in dining areas.

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

  
  

Requirements:

• • Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is a plus (not always required).
