Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Specialist to manage and enhance our customer relationship management systems, ensuring we maintain optimal communication with our customers while leveraging data insights to boost customer satisfaction. As a CRM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing CRM initiatives, analyzing customer data, and helping to devise strategies for customer retention and acquisition. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure seamless integration and utilization of the CRM system. Your expertise will be instrumental in customizing CRM functionalities to meet the company's requirements and improve our business relations.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the CRM system, ensuring it is up-to-date and fully functional.
  • Design and implement CRM strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular checks to evaluate CRM data integrity and accuracy.
  • Create custom CRM reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
  • Train and support staff in CRM system usage and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT to resolve CRM technical issues promptly.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Work closely with marketing to align CRM with promotional campaigns.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration through CRM data sharing.
  • Develop customer segmentation strategies for targeted communication.
  • Stay updated with CRM technology trends and recommend upgrades.
  • Monitor and track CRM performance metrics and KPIs regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in CRM management or similar role.
  • Proficient in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in customer data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various departments.
  • Ability to train and mentor staff on CRM tools and strategies.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and customer life-cycle management.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills in technical environments.
