The SEO and Google Ads Specialist is a dynamic and strategic role that blends the art of creative marketing with the science of data analytics. This position requires an analytical mindset, creativity, and a passion for digital marketing to effectively manage and optimize both SEO and Google Ads campaigns. As an integral part of our digital marketing team, the specialist will develop strategies to improve organic search rankings and enhance online visibility while simultaneously managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI). The ideal candidate will employ cutting-edge tools and techniques to conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance reporting. They will be responsible for staying updated on industry trends and algorithms to ensure our online presence remains robust and competitive. The specialist will have strong communication skills, enabling them to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts with the overall marketing and company goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and guide content strategy accordingly.
  • Create and manage Google Ads campaigns to achieve high ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze website analytics, providing actionable insights.
  • Perform ongoing competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with content creators to optimize website content for SEO.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives.
  • Ensure that SEO best practices are followed across all digital projects.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize ad spend and performance.
  • Develop and maintain a link-building strategy to enhance site authority.
  • Stay current with industry changes, SEO updates, and algorithm updates.
  • Manage SEO and PPC budgets effectively and efficiently.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven SEO and Google Ads experience with successful campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools.
  • Proficient understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments and analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of current SEO trends and Google tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying analytics insights.
