Job Description

As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by managing and expanding client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. With your excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of industry trends, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions that meet client needs. You will act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services. Your ability to build and nurture strong client relationships will be crucial in achieving sales targets and contributing to our company's overall success.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of key accounts to maximize client satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand company reach.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams for project coordination.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with clients to secure long-term agreements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective and current clients.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for business growth.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on account status and sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving client issues promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in sales or account management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for success.
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for productivity.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
  • Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills.
