A dynamic and results-driven Salesman is required to join our growing team to contribute towards achieving our sales objectives. As a Salesman, you will be the front-line representative showcasing our products, developing strong customer relationships, and driving profitable sales growth. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a good relationship with new and existing customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products to meet their requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed set sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Create and deliver appealing sales presentations to potential customers.
  • Understand and stay updated on company products and industry trends.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and handle customer complaints effectively and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Attend trade shows, product launches, and networking events to increase brand presence.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and market insights to the marketing department.
  • Manage inventory to ensure that product availability meets customer demand.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to understand and demonstrate company products and services effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales deals.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Flexible to travel for sales meetings, presentations, and client queries.
