Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play an integral role in the support and success of our sales team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our sales operations run smoothly and efficiently, from managing schedules and communication lines to maintaining records and facilitating interdepartmental collaboration. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help enhance our sales efforts, enabling us to meet and exceed our targets. You will be at the heart of the sales team, ensuring that our strategies are implemented properly and our clients receive the best service possible. This challenging and exciting role requires a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in managing and maintaining client relationships effectively.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings within the sales department.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, proposals, and presentations to the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
  • Facilitate communication between sales and other departments to ensure cohesion.
  • Support the resolution of client issues and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation and administration of sales contracts and agreements.
  • Monitor sales data and provide feedback and insights to the sales team.
  • Coordinate and plan sales events, venues, logistics, and necessary resources.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in sales processes.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies that enhance company growth.
  • Plan and manage travel arrangements for sales team members as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales support or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data efficiently.
