Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a defined sales script.

  • Follow up with leads and close sales in a timely manner to increase revenue.

  • Regularly participate in training sessions to improve sales skills and performance.
  • Handle customer complaints and objections with professionalism and tact.

  • Understand and comply with all applicable telemarketing laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging telephone manner.
  • Strong ability to handle rejections and resolve customer objections calmly.
  • Solid understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer service practices.
  • Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote or office setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing technology is an advantage.
  • High school diploma required; additional qualifications in sales are a plus.
  • Goal-driven with a proven record of achieving sales targets consistently.
