The Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering (CHBE) in the College of Engineering at the American University of Sharjah (AUS) invites applications for Regular faculty position or visiting faculty position at the assistant, associate, or full professor level commencing in Fall 2026.
The applicant is required to have a PhD in Chemical or Biological Engineering or a closely related field and show evidence of a significant teaching portfolio. Applications with background in Biological Engineering/Biomedical Engineering/Biochemical Engineering/Biotechnology are preferred. Excellence in teaching and research, in addition to experience in the American model of higher education, are highly desirable.
