We are seeking a skilled and strategic professional to lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Outcome-Based Framework (OBF) across the university. The role ensures that all academic and administrative units systematically document, assess, and act on learning and service outcomes aligned with UAE’s Ministry of Education’s Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA) standards and additional program-specific or international accreditation frameworks. This role also supports institutional performance reporting against the 24 MOHESR KPIs and other national or international benchmarking systems.
Key Responsibilities 1. Framework Implementation & Policy Development
Interpret national (CAA, MOHESR) and international outcome-based guidelines; translate these into clear institutional policies, templates, and workflows.
Maintain an integrated and aligned map of course, program, and institutional learning outcomes with national qualifications frameworks and graduate attributes.
2. Assessment Planning & Execution
Oversee the annual planning cycle of academic and administrative outcome assessments.
Ensure all plans include key elements such as KPIs, performance benchmarks, evidence sources, and actionable “closing-the-loop” interventions.
3. Accreditation & Reporting Support
Coordinate the preparation of self-study sections, evidence portfolios, and institutional effectiveness reports required by both institutional (CAA, MOHESR) and programmatic accrediting agencies (ABET, AACSB, etc.).
Manage the collection and quality control of assessment data (rubrics, surveys, portfolios) to support external audits and internal performance reviews.
4. Institutional Capacity Building
Design and deliver targeted workshops, training sessions, and individualized consultations on outcome mapping, curriculum alignment, assessment rubric design, and strategic improvement planning.
Develop and update institutional guidance documents, how-to guides, and FAQs on best practices in outcome-based assessment.
5. Strategic Alignment & Decision Support
Integrate outcome-based findings with institutional planning, budgeting, and quality assurance cycles.
Advise university leadership on strategic priorities based on evidence from performance indicators and institutional trends.
6. Stakeholder Engagement & Liaison
Serve as the principal liaison with national bodies (MOHESR, CAA) and external reviewers for outcome-based assessment matters.
Collaborate closely with accreditation coordinators, program chairs, and institutional research offices to ensure aligned and consistent practices.
Qualifications & Competencies
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Quality Assurance, Institutional Research, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in academic assessment, accreditation, or institutional effectiveness in higher education, with demonstrated knowledge of UAE’s CAA/MOHESR framework and other international accreditation systems.
Knowledge & Skills:
Expertise in Bloom’s taxonomy, curriculum mapping, and continuous improvement cycles
Strong writing, reporting, and analytical skills
Ability to design training materials and facilitate faculty/staff development
Proficient in survey tools, Excel, basic assessment platforms (no deep analytics required)

Deadline-driven and capable of managing multiple concurrent initiatives
