Responsibilities

  • Assess clients' needs and financial situation to propose appropriate property options.
  • Facilitate property sales or purchases by assisting clients through each step.
  • Prepare and present market analysis reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Build sustainable relationships with clients and foster trust in your expertise.
  • Stay well-informed about market trends to make informed recommendations.
  • Coordinate with property owners, buyers, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Advertise and market properties for sale using appropriate channels and strategies.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation required for property transactions.
  • Conduct open houses and viewings for prospective buyers and agents.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with buyers and sellers on behalf of clients.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of property laws and zoning regulations.
  • Develop a strong portfolio of properties to represent to potential clients.

Requirements

  • A valid real estate agent license in the work state is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or property management is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential for success.
  • Strong analytical ability to conduct market and property evaluations.
  • Adept at building networks and maintaining client and business relationships.
