Job Description

The role of an Online Sales Executive is pivotal in driving the company's digital sales initiatives, optimizing the online marketplace, and expanding the reach to a broader, more diverse customer base. As an Online Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities via online channels, cultivating strong relationships with clients, and ensuring an engaging customer journey from start to finish. You will work closely with marketing teams to implement effective online sales strategies, harnessing digital tools and platforms to optimize sales performance. Your primary goal will be to boost the company's online presence and revenue growth by employing innovative sales techniques and data-driven decision-making. An ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, excellent communication skills, and a driven attitude to meet and exceed sales targets in a rapidly changing digital landscape.


Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in an online sales environment or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions.

  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
