The role of a Customer Service Representative is pivotal in ensuring a positive relationship between consumers and the company. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services.   • Assist in training new customer service representatives when required.
  • Stay updated on new product releases and promotional offers available to customers.
  • Meet or exceed quantitative and qualitative performance targets set forth by the management.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and feedback sessions to enhance service skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or related field is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed during stressful situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
