Job Description

As an Odoo Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the sales activities of Odoo software solutions. Your main focus will be identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and providing expert guidance on how Odoo's software can enhance business operations. You will play a key role in prospecting potential clients, demonstrating product capabilities, and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets. You will work closely with a dynamic team of sales experts and collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless customer journey. Your ability to build and maintain strong client relationships will be pivotal in your success in this role. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of the industry landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Odoo software solutions.
  • Identify and engage prospective clients through various outreach methodologies.
  • Conduct detailed needs analysis to appraise client requirements effectively.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate terms and manage the sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and optimize sales processes.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Provide post-sale support and training to ensure client success with Odoo.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and the latest Odoo software developments.
  • Participate in trade shows and conferences to increase brand visibility.
  • Report sales metrics and performance updates to senior management regularly.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients to maximize business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and ERP solutions, particularly Odoo.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities concurrently.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the capability to resolve client concerns.
  • Willingness to travel and attend client meetings and industry events as needed.
