As a Network Administrator, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure, ensuring seamless communication and connectivity across all departments. You will be responsible for safeguarding our data integrity while optimizing network performance and troubleshooting any network issues that may arise. Your expertise in network security protocols and practices will be essential in protecting sensitive information and mitigating potential cyber threats. Working closely with IT teams, you will assess network requirements, manage hardware and software updates, and contribute to the development of network policies to meet the organization's evolving needs. Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Implement network security measures to protect data from unauthorized access and threats.
• Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
• Troubleshoot network issues and resolve hardware and software problems promptly.
• Conduct regular network performance assessments and optimizations to meet service demands.
• Coordinate with IT teams to support and facilitate network-related projects and initiatives.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and changes for reference and compliance.
• Manage VPN connections to enable secure remote access for employees and clients.
• Perform regular backups and recovery operations to safeguard network and data integrity.
• Assist in the development and enforcement of network usage policies and protocols.
• Evaluate new networking technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements.
• Provide training and support to staff on network-related issues and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar IT networking role.
• Strong knowledge of network systems including LANs, WANs, and TCP/IP protocols.
• Proficient in configuring and managing Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent network devices.
• Understanding of network security practices, including firewalls and encryption protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
• Strong communication skills for effectively collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders.
