As a Mobile Technician, your primary role will be to diagnose, repair, and maintain mobile devices, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for handling technical issues, performing hardware and software repairs, and offering personalized support to clients. Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mobile device hardware and software issues efficiently.

  • Ensure that repairs meet the industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, replacements, and service history for audit purposes.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their problems and needs.
  • Order and manage inventory of parts and tools required for repairs and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with team members to solve complex technical problems efficiently.
  • Offer technical support and guidance to clients for maintaining their devices.
  • Ensure timely completion of repairs and manage workload accordingly.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in mobile phone repair and technical support roles.
  • Strong understanding of mobile operating systems like iOS and Android.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose hardware problems.
  • Good communication skills and capability to explain technical issues clearly.
  • Experience using diagnostic tools and repair equipment for mobile devices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under minimal supervision.
