Department: Marketing
Reports To: Specification Manager


We are seeking a Marketing and Business Development Associate (Female) with a proactive mindset and exceptional attention to detail to join our growing team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client and Consultant Liaison: Assist in maintaining communication with clients and consultants, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Registration, Testing, and Certification: Help the team manage and support product registration, testing, and certification processes.
  • Pre-Qualification and Document Preparation: Prepare pre-qualification documents, proposals, and other marketing-related submissions.
  • Marketing Material Creation: Collaborate to create and design high-quality marketing materials such as technical brochures, presentations, and flyers.
  • Social Media Management: Assist with managing and updating social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, in alignment with the company marketing strategies.
  • Database Management: Regularly maintain and update the consultant/project database to ensure all contact details and project information are current and accurate.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in Marketing or Business Development.

  • Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with photo editing tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
    • Basic understanding of AI tools and how they can be used to enhance marketing processes.
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
    • A valid UAE driving license to support potential travel for client meetings and project requirements.
