As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of our online presence and brand awareness. This position requires a creative, tech-savvy, and strategic thinker who can execute innovative digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing our social media platforms, conducting analytics, and optimizing our digital content to improve engagement and conversion rates. Your expertise in search engine optimization, pay-per-click campaigns, and content marketing will be critical in driving traffic and engagement. You should be adept at using various tools to analyze web traffic, manage digital projects, and enhance our online reputation. Your ultimate goal will be to increase customer engagement and improve our marketing ROI.


Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department.
  • Develop digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Monitor social media trends and implement them in our marketing plans.
  • Manage and optimize company website for improved search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content.
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics and KPIs for digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop marketing materials.
  • Manage budget allocation and ensure cost-effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Supervise the creation and placement of digital ads within networks.
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and online marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and content marketing strategies.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics is essential.
