Job Description

The Operations Associate is a key player in ensuring the seamless functioning of the organization's day-to-day operations. Responsibilities

  • Support the operations manager with day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements and operational policies.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports to facilitate management’s strategic decision-making.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Provide support to customer service teams to resolve any operational issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to enhance the functionality of operational tools and systems.
  • Conduct regular audits and inventory checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Support budget planning processes and monitor operational expenses effectively.
  • Train and oversee junior staff and new hires to enhance their operational skills.
  • Ensure all safety regulations are adhered to during the execution of operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations or a similar operational role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various operational duties.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and propose solutions.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with operational software tools.
  • Outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with team members and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently and display initiative in solving complex operational problems.
