About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to provide excellent service, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet company goals. You will manage order processing, invoicing, and delivery, making sure everything is completed on time. You will also handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and work with the sales and finance teams . Your role will help maintain high service standards and build strong customer relationships.
