Associate Director - Digital Advisory

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager at Associate Director level to lead and deliver large-scale Asset Management (AM) Digital Transformation programs for a client in the infrastructure, real estate, and transportation sectors. The role requires a strategic thinker, a problem so with extensive knowledge of digital technologies, assets management and delivery within consulting environments.

The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of all aspects related to the project (management of a multi-disciplinary and multiple geographies team, delivery management, client management, contract and commercials invoicing and payments management..) and ensuring successful outcomes to the client and to WSP

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the AM digital transformation project, ensuring scope, budget, timelines, and quality are met.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team (consultants, engineers, SMEs..) and collaborate with WSP regional and global teams, oversee the preparation of deliverables, reports, workshops. Etc. to ensure technically superior project delivery
• Manage the project end to end (timelines, risks, deliverables, contract, and commercials) and build relationship with key stakeholders within the client organization
• Build a trustworthy relationship with the key client stakeholders to facilitate project execution, achievement of contractual milestones and the identification of additional business opportunities
• Support the expansion of the Digital Advisory in the region.
  
  
  

• +15 years of experience in consulting, engineering, or asset management, with at least 5+ years in project management roles.
• Proven track record of delivering digital transformation programs in asset-intensive sectors (transport, utilities, real estate, energy, government).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with experience engaging at C-suite/board level
• Arabic language speaker is highly desirable
• Experience with digital twin initiatives, data governance, and smart infrastructure solutions is desirable.
• Assets Management knowledge of asset management standards (ISO 55000, IAM, PAS 55), digital engineering (BIM, ISO 19650), and enterprise asset systems (IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, SAP, IFS, etc.) is a plus
• Professional certifications preferred: PMP, ISO 55000, ITIL, or equivalent
• MBA is plus
