Responsibilities

  • Monitor guest feedback and report any incidents to management immediately.
  • Assist with booking and confirming reservations as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality of guest information and ensure data privacy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Proficiency in using computerized reservation and front desk systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Capable of standing for extended periods and handling physical activity.
